We use various shipping companies that help ship our products across all of New Zealand. All orders are dispatched with a tracking number to allow you to track the delivery from despatch to delivery.

To reduce the risk of the item not being delivered, it’s preferable to use a business address or an address that is attended during business hours.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated on a flat rate basis via destination location – Auckland region, North Island or South Island.  

Return Shipping

Shipping is non-refundable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
